제3조 (장치권한 호출 방법)

서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 귀하의 기기 권한 중 일부를 호출하게 됩니다. 귀하는 기기의 설정 기능 또는 "개인 정보 보호 설정"에서 권한 상태를 확인할 수 있으며, 일부 또는 모든 권한을 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다.
귀하가 권한을 설정하면 해당 서비스를 제공하기 위해 회사가 관련 개인정보를 수집하고 사용하도록 승인하게 됩니다. 권한을 종료하면 승인을 취소하는 것을 의미하며 회사는 더 이상 해당 정보를 기반으로 개인 정보를 수집하지 않으며 이 권한에 해당하는 서비스를 제공할 수 없습니다.

■ 원격 촬영 기능 이용에 관한 안내

당사는 아동의 위치 특정, 안전 확인 및 단말기 분실 방지를 위해 법정대리인(보호자)의 요청에 따라
키즈워치 단말기의 카메라를 통한 원격 사진 촬영 기능을 제공합니다.

원격 촬영으로 수집된 이미지는 법정대리인의 앱 화면에만 제공되며, 당사는 해당 이미지를 서비스
제공 및 저장 목적 외의 용도로 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

본 기능은 보호권 행사 목적 외 타인의 사생활 침해 등 불법적인 용도로 이용할 수 없으며,
이에 따른 법적 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.
■ 자동 통화 수신 기능에 관한 안내

당사는 아동의 부재, 위급 상황, 안전 미확인 시 보호자가 아동의 상태를 확인할 수 있도록 보호자가 발신한 통화에 대해 일정 횟수 이상 응답이 없을 경우 워치 단말기가 자동으로 통화를 수신하여 주변 음성을 전달하는 기능을 제공합니다.

해당 기능은 법정대리인(보호자)이 아동 보호 목적으로만 이용할 수 있으며, 실시간 음성 전달 외에 별도의 음성 녹음 파일로 당사의 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
3.
본 기능은 아동의 안전 확보 목적으로만 사용되어야 하며, 타인의 사생활 침해 등 불법적인 용도로 이용 시 법적 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다.

통계 분석 및 예측은 서비스의 콘텐츠 및 레이아웃 개선, 비즈니스 결정 지원, 제품 및 서비스 개선(기계 학습 또는 모델 알고리즘 교육을 위한 익명 데이터 포함)에 사용됩니다. 앞서 언급한 처리된 데이터를 사용하는 경우 귀하에게 추가로 통지하고 동의할 필요가 없습니다.

회사는 회원의 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의를 받고 있습니다. 회원가입 시 개인정보처리방침에 대한 동의절차를 마련하여, 동의를 체크하면 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대해 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

회원의 개인정보를 제공하는 경우에는 개인정보를 제공받는 자, 이용 목적, 제공 항목, 보유 및 이용기간에 대해 개별적으로 인터넷사이트, 전자우편, 서면, 전화 등을 통해 고지한 후 사전 동의를 구합니다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 회원의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 행사 방법)
이용자는 언제든지 플리노 키즈워치폰 앱에서 자신의 개인정보를 열람·수정할 수 있으며, 처리정지 또는 삭제를 요구할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든지 '회원탈퇴' 등을 통해 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 경우, 법정대리인이 아동의 개인정보를 열람·수정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 수집 및 이용 동의를 철회할 권리를 가집니다.
회사는 정당한 사유 없이 이용자의 요구를 거절하지 않으며, 본인 여부를 확인한 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.
제8조 (개인정보 수집·이용·제공에 대한 동의철회)
회원은 개인정보 수집, 이용 및 제공에 대해 가입 시 동의하신 내용을 언제든지 철회하실 수 있습니다. 앱 내 "회원탈퇴" 버튼을 누르면 모든 정보는 삭제됩니다.
제9조 (개인정보의 보유기간 및 이용기간)
회사는 회원이 회원자격을 유지하고 있는 동안에는 회원이 제공한 개인정보를 계속 보유합니다.
개인정보 제공에 대해 동의철회(회원탈퇴)할 경우 수집된 개인정보를 즉시 파기하며, 예외 규정을 제외하고 어떠한 목적으로도 사용할 수 없도록 합니다.
다만, 다음과 같이 관계 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관 후 파기합니다.

회사는 회원에게 사전에 고지하고 동의 받은 개인정보의 수집·이용목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다.

회사는 회원의 개인정보가 분실·도난·누출·변조·훼손되지 않도록 아래와 같은 기술적·관리적 대책을 강구하고 있습니다.

회원의 비밀번호는 암호화 처리되어 운영자도 개개인의 비밀번호를 알 수 없도록 되어 있습니다.

허용되지 않은 IP에 대해 접근 권한을 제한하여 외부에서 개인정보가 담긴 서버로의 접근이 불가능하도록 하고 있습니다.

로그인 시 암호 알고리즘을 이용하여 네트워크상의 개인정보를 안전하게 전송할 수 있는 보안장치(SSL)를 채택하고 있습니다.

위치정보를 포함한 모든 개인정보는 암호화 처리되어 송수신됩니다.
■ 관리적 대책

개인정보 보호책임자와 최소한의 인원으로 구성된 부서를 마련하여 개인정보에 대한 접근권한을 제한하고 있습니다.

개인정보 관련 취급자의 업무 인수인계는 보안이 유지된 상태에서 철저하게 이뤄지며, 입사 및 퇴사 후 개인정보 사고에 대한 책임을 명확하게 합니다.

Article 3 (How Device Permissions Are Requested)
■ Device Permission Requests
In the course of providing the service, the Company may request certain permissions on your device. You may review the permission status in the device settings or 'Privacy Settings' and enable or disable some or all permissions.
By granting a permission, you authorize the Company to collect and use the relevant personal information for the purpose of providing the applicable service.
Disabling a permission means withdrawing your authorization. The Company will no longer collect personal information based on that permission and may be unable to provide the service that requires the permission.

■ Notice Regarding the Remote Photography Function
•
At the request of a legal representative (guardian), the Company provides a remote photo-taking function using the camera of the Kids Watch device for the purposes of locating the child, confirming the child's safety, and preventing loss of the device.
•
Images collected through remote photography are provided only on the legal representative's app screen. The Company does not use the images for any purpose other than providing and storing the service, nor does it provide them to any third party.
•
This function may not be used for unlawful purposes, including invading another person's privacy, outside the legitimate exercise of guardianship. The user bears legal responsibility for any such misuse.
■ Notice Regarding the Automatic Call Answering Function
•
To enable a guardian to check the child's condition when the child is absent, in an emergency, or cannot be confirmed safe, the Company provides a function whereby the watch device automatically answers a call made by the guardian after a specified number of unanswered attempts and transmits ambient audio.
•
This function may be used only by the legal representative (guardian) for child-protection purposes. Other than real-time audio transmission, no separate audio recording file is stored on the Company's server.
•
This function must be used solely to secure the child's safety. The user bears legal responsibility if it is used for unlawful purposes, including invading another person's privacy.

■ Technical Processing Guidelines
After collecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws, the Company may take technically necessary measures so that recipients of the information cannot re-identify a particular individual and may conduct de-identification reviews of the collected information.
Statistical analysis and forecasting may be used to improve the content and layout of the service, support business decisions, and improve products and services, including the use of anonymized data for machine-learning or model-algorithm training. When the processed data described above is used, no additional notice to or consent from the user is required.

Cookies and similar device-information identification technologies are commonly used on the internet. When you use the Company's services, one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers may be sent to your device.
The Company undertakes not to use cookies for any purpose other than those stated in this Privacy Policy. Cookies are primarily used to ensure the safe and efficient operation of products and services, verify the security status of your account and transactions, and resolve abnormal situations related to crashes and delays.
You may clear cookie data, modify cookie permissions, or reject cookies in your browser settings. However, doing so may prevent you from using services or functions that rely on cookies.

The services provided by the Company are continuously updated and developed. If you choose to use another service not covered by the foregoing descriptions and the Company needs to collect your information in connection with that service, the Company will separately explain the scope and purpose of the collection through page prompts, interactive processes, and contractual provisions.
Article 4 (Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information)
The Company obtains members' consent to the collection and use of personal information. During membership registration, the Company provides a consent procedure for this Privacy Policy. Checking the consent box is deemed to constitute consent to the collection and use of personal information.
However, prior consent may not be required in the following cases:

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information)
Except where the member has consented or where required by law, the Company does not use a member's personal information beyond the notified scope or provide it to any other person, company, or institution.
When providing a member's personal information, the Company will notify the member in advance—through a website, email, written notice, telephone, or other means—of the recipient, purpose of use, items provided, and retention and use period, and will obtain prior consent. However, personal information may be provided without consent in the following cases:

Where necessary to settle charges arising from the provision of services
•
Where provided in a form that cannot identify an individual for statistical compilation, academic research, or market research

Where otherwise specifically provided by law
The Company currently does not regularly provide members' personal information to any third party.
If third-party provision becomes necessary in the future, the Company will notify members in advance and obtain separate consent.
Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them)
Users may review and modify their personal information at any time through the PLINNO Kids Watch Phone app and may request suspension of processing or deletion.
Users may withdraw consent to the collection and use of personal information at any time, including by using the 'Delete Account' function.
For children under the age of 14, the legal representative may request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of the child's personal information and has the right to withdraw consent to its collection and use.
The Company will not reject a user's request without justifiable grounds and will process the request without delay after verifying the user's identity.
Article 8 (Withdrawal of Consent to Collection, Use, and Provision of Personal Information)
A member may withdraw at any time the consent given upon registration regarding the collection, use, and provision of personal information. Pressing the 'Delete Account' button in the app will delete all information.
Article 9 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company retains the personal information provided by a member for as long as the member maintains membership status.
When consent to the provision of personal information is withdrawn (account deletion), the collected personal information will be destroyed immediately and, except where an exception applies, will no longer be used for any purpose.
However, where retention is required for a certain period under applicable laws, the information will be separately stored for the applicable period and then destroyed:

Records relating to contracts, withdrawal of offers, payments, etc.: 5 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

Records relating to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

Article 10 (Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information)
When the purpose for collecting and using personal information, as notified to and consented to by the member in advance, has been achieved, the Company destroys the information without delay.

Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding.
Article 11 (Technical and Administrative Measures to Protect Personal Information)
The Company implements the following technical and administrative measures to prevent members' personal information from being lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged.

Members' passwords are encrypted so that even administrators cannot know individual passwords.
•
Access from unauthorized IP addresses is restricted so that external access to servers containing personal information is not possible.

An SSL security mechanism using cryptographic algorithms is adopted to securely transmit personal information over networks during login.
•
All personal information, including location information, is encrypted during transmission and reception.
■ Administrative Measures
•
The Company appoints a Chief Privacy Officer and limits access to personal information to the minimum number of personnel necessary.

Handover of duties by personnel handling personal information is carried out thoroughly under maintained security, and responsibility for personal-information incidents is clearly defined both during and after employment.

Members are responsible for managing account information, including IDs and passwords, so that it is not disclosed to third parties. The Company may not be liable for personal-information leaks caused by a member's intentional act or negligence.
